Heavenly Halibut

Ingredients:

1 lb. halibut (sliced in 1” sections)

2 c. milk

2-3 slices of bread

¼ c. parmesan cheese

½ tsp. garlic

3 T. melted butter


Directions:

· Marinate Halibut in Milk for 45 minutes.

· In a blender add bread and cheese. Mix well.

· Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

· Drain Halibut and roll in crumbs. Drizzle with melted butter.

· Cook for 20 minutes.
